How many guests can Halcyon Watson accommodate? 

Halcyon Watson can comfortably seat up to 150  guests inside the barn. 

Do I need a coordinator?

Guest counts over 70 guests must have a licensed and insured coordinator. We will have an event manager on site during your event to assist with any venue related matters. 

How many hours will I get with my rental?

Our rental periods are for 10 hours for partial day rentals with the option to add additional hours if available. If you book one of our higher packages, you will have all day venue access so your vendors can get started at their convenience. 

What time does my event have to end?

All events must end by 11:00pm and space has to be cleared no later than midnight. 

Can I use my own caterer?

Yes, you may use your own caterer as long as they meet the venues insurance requirements. 

Can we bring in our own alcohol? 

Yes, you may bring your own alcohol but we do require that you have a licensed bartender to serve alcohol and that you pull an ABC license for the day of your event.

Can we do a sparkler exit?

Yes, a sparkler exit is allowed on the gravel area as you exit the main doors of the barn. We require that you have a sand bucket ready for used sparklers. 

Where can we take photos on the property?

Halcyon sits on 22 acres providing ample photo opportunities. You are welcome to explore with your photographer or we can suggest popular spots! 

Where can I hold my ceremony?

We have a designated ceremony space towards the back of property that is private and perfect for your ceremony! 

Do you host events year round?

The barn is climate controlled and allows for events all year long!

Do you include tables and chairs in the rental?

Our venue has 20 5ft round tables, 4 rectangular table and 200 white folded chairs that are included with your rental.

Can I have my dog in the ceremony?

We love dogs and welcome them to attend your wedding ceremony! However, dogs are are not allowed in the barn or cottage and must head home after your ceremony!

How do I reserve my date?

We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date.
